This knife was originally an expensive brand new VICTORINOX double handle knife, which has been professionally transformed into a Shchita knife, by the great Lublinsky company in Tel Aviv.
The dimension of the knife are as follows:
Handle length 12cm / 4.75 Inch and width 2cm / 0.8 Inches.
Blade length 31cm / 12.3 Inches and width 5.7cm 2.25 Inches, the blade is triangularly thinned from a thickness of 2 millimeter to 0.01 millimeter razor sharp end.
The knife was been hardly used, beautify kept and fully serviced, no dents or bends, and is razor sharp ready to use.
