Here's an original 1949 jukebox sales brochure from Shaffer Music Co.  Shaffer is still in business today under the name Shaffer Distributing.  This brochure pictures 15 jukeboxes, with prices typed in for most of them.  Jukeboxes from Seeburg, Wurlitzer, Rock-Ola, and AMI are pictured.  The newest jukebox pictured is the Seeburg M1000A which is priced at 5.  Some of the 1949 prices are difficult to believe today.  For example, the now-classis Wurlitzer Model 1015 is priced at .50 - fully reconditioned! - and the Seeburg 147M has a price of 9.50, again, reconditioned.  The only writing on the brochure reads "Rockola 1436 Fireball   120 Selections   5.00."
This two-page brochure is letter size (8.5" X 11").  There are two light horizontal creases visible from when this brochure was trifolded for mailing.  There's normal light handling wear visible throughout the brochure, what you would expect from a 70+ year old brochure.
