Replacement Shutter Gear for Kodak Instamatic M80/85/95 Projector. This is a 3D printed replacement for the small brown gear attached to the shutter assmbly. If yours has disintegrated or shattered into pieces, this is a perfect replacement!
Advanced DIY skills are required for installation. To gain access to the shutter, I recommend following the instruction manual available at Micro-Tools.com since it explains most of the steps.
Once you have the shutter assembly out, you will need to carefully separate the hub from the shutter plate by driving it out with a punch. Remove any remnants of the old gear, then carefully press the new gear on. I suggest using a pair of sockets as shown in the picture. Finally, reassemble the hub to the shutter plate by pressing it back in, for example with a vise. Take care not to damage the hollow end of the hub, and ensure it slides easily back onto the shaft.
