Additional Info:
This is a fiberglass string bass.  We believe it is a half size, although we are not string people specifically so this is our estimation.  The fiberglass is all in really good shape.  The fiberglass body allows this instrument to be used a little rougher than a wood body would allow.  With its smaller size it would be perfect for a student level player.  It does need a bridge so it can be put back into playing condition (not included see pics). You may or may not need to replace some or all of the strings (see pics).  Once you have the instrument set with the bridge and it is playing again this should be a great instrument for the beginning bassist!

If you are not completely satisfied with your Musical Instrument City purchase, please contact us.  If you would like to return your purchase, for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it with the original box and packing material with the following refund restrictions:

Per eBay return policy, return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility.

The Paypal Fee is
NON REFUNDABLE
as of November 1st, 2019 as per PayPal’s new Policy.  (So your refund after inspection will be: Your original purchase price minus the PayPal Non-refundable Fee).

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.
Instructions for Return Shipping:

Be sure all original parts of the item purchased are included before you return it.

In order to receive a refund our policy requires you to put insurance on the item for its return shipping.

Please use the original packing material and box.  Please use original packing material inside the case around the item.  Also use the original packing material around the case in the box to protect the item from shipping damage. If your item does not have a case, please use all packing material that the item came with to protect the item from shipping damage.

Uninsured packages or items shipped “COD” or “Shipping Due” will be refused and a refund will not be issued.
•
Once the item is received, we will conduct a physical inspection. This inspection will determine your eligibility for a refund.
