    Description

    Unusual and awesome vintage celluloid dress clip with 2 dangling carved black plastic tassel drops.   The oval top of clip is shaded green and golden yellow with a black curved ribbon down the center.   It has art deco carved design.   Clip is 3-1/2" from top to bottom of black tassels.   Very good condition.
